All Simoon jewelry is entirely handmade in our studio in Athens. As each piece is created individually, please allow 5–7 business days to prepare your order before it ships.
The delivery times listed below refer solely to the transit time from the moment the parcel is collected by the courier and do not include the time required to prepare the order.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may incur additional charges, such as customs duties, import taxes, VAT or customs clearance fees, depending on the laws of the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are payable solely by the recipient.

Handmade with intention
Each Simoon piece of jewelry is individually handmade, not mass-produced. For this reason, slight variations in the shape, texture or finish of each piece compared with the website photos may occur.
These natural variations are intentional and are an integral part of the beauty of a handmade item. Each piece of jewelry is unique, just like the piece that will ultimately arrive in your hands.
Please bear the nature of handmade production in mind before completing your order. The natural variations described above do not, in themselves, constitute a manufacturing defect or grounds for a return, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
Payment & Studio Pickup
Orders shipped by courier must be paid for online at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available for shipped orders.
Cash on delivery is available exclusively for orders picked up from our studio in Athens.
