Returns Policy

Received your order and it wasn't what you expected/changed your mind and want to get something else or just want to return it and get your money back? These things happen to even the best families!

1) Basic condition is that you contact us within 10 working days from the day you received it product.

2) After the first step has been taken, and you have contacted us to inform us that you want to return the product, you can choose to make a change, or we will return your money back. Important: The product should be returned in its original condition. Used returns are not accepted products.

3) In case of change , we will register your new order so that the total of the old order is offset against your new order.

In case of a refund , you will need to email us your account details so that we can refund your money back to you. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

The cost of returning the order back to us is 3.00 €. In the case of a refund, it will be deducted from the refunded amount, while in the case of a change, it will be offset against the total of your new order.
