How many days will it take for my order to be shipped?

Our jewelry is made to order in our studio in Athens. Handmade jewelry requires time, attention to detail, and love to create. For this reason, orders are usually shipped within 5–7 business days.

During periods of high demand or for custom orders, preparation time may be slightly longer.

 

Why do you operate with made-to-order production?

At Simoon, we choose to produce our jewelry on an order-by-order basis to avoid overproduction and maintain a more conscious and handmade creation process. This way, we manage to work at sustainable rates and minimize waste.

Each piece undergoes stages of handmade processing and finishing in our studio in Athens.

 

Can I pay with cash on delivery?

You can complete your payment by card via the international electronic transaction platform Stripe, via Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay. 

As our jewelry is handmade in small productions, we do not support cash on delivery for shipments.

Payment upon collection is only available for pick-ups from our studio.

 

Is 999 silver suitable for daily wear?

The jewelry from the Gaia collection is made from the purest form of silver. 999 silver is purer and softer than classic 925 silver, which gives it a special organic texture and a characteristic white luster.

Due to its purity, it may show small marks or patina with daily use — something we consider part of the metal's natural beauty. We would say we like the way it "ages." 

With proper care, the jewelry can remain beautiful for many years. 

 

What if my jewelry needs repair or polishing?

We want the jewelry we create for you to be with you forever. We offer free lifetime repairs and polishing for all jewelry of our own making.

As each piece is handmade in our studio, we believe in its long-term care and preservation over time.

If your jewelry needs repair or refreshment, you can contact us via email or Instagram, or bring it to our studio so we can repair it. 

 

Can I order a custom size?

For many designs, we can create custom sizes or small adjustments upon consultation, as our jewelry is made from scratch to the size you order. 

You can contact us via Instagram or email before placing your order to discuss what is feasible for the specific piece.

 

Can I request a custom design?

We would be happy to discuss custom ideas and create a piece based on what you have in mind, always within Simoon's design aesthetic and style.

We would like to make it clear that by custom, we do not mean copying designs and work from other designers and brands. Each custom piece is redesigned based on our own creative approach and technique. We respect and appreciate our colleagues and their work as much as our own. 

As the process includes additional time for design, communication, and development of the piece, the final cost is adjusted accordingly.
